Transfer of Knowledge among Esteemed Universities and Enterprises
Operations of scientific economics in respect to transfer knowledge between environments are ruling law of economics and transforming into different forms.Functioning of enterprise requires the establishment and development of transfer relations with esteemed universities, which will enable elevation of market competitiveness at the level of local cooperating unit, even to regional, national and European level. The scale of benefit depends on the kind and qualities of cooperation relations. Barriers of knowledge transfer exist, which make the relation building between knowledge and economy more difficult or even impossible. Lack of consciousness of benefit is the biggest barrier. The inadequacy of capabilities to make cooperation is caused by insufficient promotions from some universities and business units. Expectations to environments of esteemed universities and enterprises are different because of the representing entities’ own different schemes of functioning and appointment of operation purposes. Due to mutual compromise and common principle of cooperation, with the support of mechanism, innovations are created, competitiveness is brought up and scientific-economic transfer is boosted. Esteemed universities can be examples, which have big potentials of cooperation but not taking advantages of it. For individual separated units in universities, each has different potentials of knowledge transfer. Dynamics of this potential are dependent on industry and structure of local markets, but first of all, the engagement of academic staff, appointment and realization of valued universities’ priorities
